How to Get Away With Murder continues to bring the gay, with Annalise's intern Connor (Jack Falahee) got his groove on with Paxton, who works for one of his professor's clients.

This is proving to be something of an M.O. for Connor, and we're not sure whether to be grateful we're getting so much gay sex on broadcast TV or irritated at Shonda Rhimes for regurgitating  the cliched trope that gay men screw like rabbits and can't be trusted with sensitive information.

For now, we're gonna go with grateful.

Murder writer writer Peter Nowalk told Vanity Fair, "I always tell the directors, I don’t want to see two men mashing their faces together. It’s not a wrestling match. I want it to feel like real kissing, like they’re actually kissing."

Usually when you see gay characters being intimate, says Nowalk, it's not believable. "You don’t believe the kissing," he says. "Their lips are touching but it’s more like a face-mashing."

And it's not just the sex that's believable—the often logic-defying dynamics of gay relationships is also on display. In the clip below, Connor's kind-of boyfriend, Oliver, throws him out when he learns about him screwing a client to get the goods.

Even though that's totally how they met.
