Big Brother 16 has only been on for a few weeks, but a gay showmance has already emerged between household members Frankie Grande and Zach Rance, which fans have dubbed "Zankie."

Grande, 31, is the openly gay brother of pop singer Ariane Grande, while Rance, 23, is a recent college graduate from Palm Beach, Florida. "I'm not gay," Rance said in a confessional. "But the bond Frankie and I have is so genuine and sincere that I truly feel that he is my boyfriend... I only date women. He's just one of the greatest people I've ever met."

For his part, Grande says, "I don't know what I have in him, but it's lovely for now."

Cameras have captured the guys hugging, snuggling in bed, scoping out each others butts and discussing the finer points of masturbation—though much of the flirtation has been relegated to the Big Brother livestream and not the network show.

Zankie fans are criticizing CBS for omitting the bromantic storyline, though its possible the network will roll it out later in the season (assuming both men last in the house).  There's also the possibility that their bond evaporates—something Bustle.com theorizes could be imminent.

For some reason, Frankie has been conspiring to get Zach thrown out of the house and his actions are leaving the Zankie fans scrambling for answers...

After encouraging Zach to put Devin on blast during the veto ceremony — even going so far as to say that if Zach really wants to goad Devin into reacting then he should call him a bad father — Frankie immediately showed his true loyalty is only to himself when Devin approached him to say he wanted to throw Zach out of the Bomb Squad alliance. According to Frankie, Zach was someone that “Devin could put up and everyone would understand”. The two then began counting votes to see if they had enough to get Zach evicted.
