Did You Catch J.Lo's "Let's Get Loud" Shoutout at the Inauguration?

Respect the hustle!

Like you, Jennifer Lopez has been waiting for tonight. Or today, to be more specific.

The celebrated singer, actress, and Super Bowl Halftime Show savior graced the stage of the U.S. Capitol today to perform at the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. J.Lo wasn't the only pop diva at the ceremony; Lady Gaga brought the house down with her dramatic rendition of the National Anthem. But it was Lopez who slipped in a reference to one of her own singles.

J.Lo performed a mashup of "This Land Is Your Land" and "America the Beautiful," and during her medley, she sang "Let's get loud," a shoutout to the beloved bop off her 1999 debut album, On the 6.

Of course, Twitter clocked her, astonished that even during a presidential inauguration Lopez pulled off some self-promotion. And we have no choice to stan. Scroll through below to see what some Twitterlebrities — like Ira Madison and Logo Live host Johnny Sibilly — had to say about Lopez getting loud at the Capitol.
