Jack’d, one of the most popular gay dating apps on the market, has broken the wearables barrier with the first Apple Watch app extension for gay guys.
“This is the first major evolution in gay-app mobile technology since ‘the shirtless grid,’ said Kevin Letourneau, Jack’d director of marketing. “Not only can you browse hot guys nearby, but now you can enter a club or party and know exactly how many guys are into you.”
The new Jack’d Apple Watch app features default responses and emojis for quick responses, bookmarked favorites, and full profile options with multiple public and private photos.
Online Buddies, Jack’d’s parent company, has also brought us Manhunt, and a new dating app, Dandy. With the release of an app for the Windows Phone, Jack’d becomes the most widely available gay app on the market.
