“Nice Jewish Boy” Jake Cohen Makes Perfect Pancakes To See You Through The Snowpocalypse

"Baby got stack!"

We know you’re only a few short days into your New Year’s resolution of eating healthy, but you’re gonna have to put a pin in that because chef Jake Cohen has a recipe for jumbo soufflé pancakes that will help to keep you warm on these cold winter nights.

The cute cook promises the “fluffiest pancakes you’ve ever had” in his latest video for ExtraCrispy.com, which provides a recipe and instructions for the big breakfast.

“Jumbo Jake” uses 16 eggs to make the giant stack of flapjacks and you’re definitely going to need a bite by the time the video is over.

The “nice Jewish boy who loves food” was the former Food Editor for TastingTable.com, but now works freelance as he builds a sizable following on social media.

With a feed full of cute selfies and mouth-watering food pics, it’s not hard to see how the openly gay chef racked up so many Instagram fans.

Don't want none unless you got buns, hun. #cheeseburgers #burgers
