In his prime, James Woods was the Oscar-nominated star of films like Ghosts of Mississippi, Once Upon a Time in America and Nixon. Now he's known more as a right-wing crackpot known for suing a dead guy for $10 million over a mean tweet. (He also attacked Pope Francis for his "pro-abortion hospitality.")

After Anderson Cooper rolled his eyes briefly during an interview with Kellyanne Conway, the image went viral. Woods, 70, got in on the act, tweeting the eyeroll and writing, "As his butt plug dislodges during a newscast... #andersoncoopereyeroll."

Asked if the "joke" was ripped from Andrew Dice Clay, whom he's collaborating with, he replied "Nope! That was all me, baby."

Cooper's eye roll came when, in a discussion of Trump's firing of FBI director James Comey, Conway called the CNN anchor "unkind." (Yeah, we'd roll our eyes, too.)

Woods, who now mostly does voice work on cartoons and video games, has courted an alt-right following for some time: Though he backed Carly Fiorina and Ted Cruz in the election, he's since praised Trump's presidency.
