With no new release date in sight for season 2, Orange Is The New Black gossip is reaching a fever pitch. Having just wrapped up production of the second batch of Netflix-bound episodes (and celebrating with an adorable party), fans are clamoring for any information about our favorite gang of incarcerated ladies.
Luckily, series creator Jenji Kohan and some cast members talked with TV Guide and Us Magazine and divulged a few tidbits of info. While she's mostly remaining tight-lipped about what Piper and her crew have going on, we did learn a few things (possible spoilers below!):
Laura Prepon is back, meaning that last year's rumors weren't exactly true: "Yes, yes, she is coming back. Not the whole season, but ... you'll see her for most of it." Lori Petty, best known for her role as the femme fatale of Point Break and Tank Girl, will be joining the cast. Perhaps as Yoga Jones' sister? [caption id="" align="alignright" width="359"]

Less Piper, more everyone else: "It's becoming much more of an ensemble ... As much as I love Piper and Taylor and her journey, I think people are interested in everybody's journey." Season 2 might start with a time-jump forward: "I think [Piper will] be a little shaky ... I think she survives by her behavior and I think there were consequences to her behavior." Crazy Eyes, Taystee, Red will be prominently featured. "Knock on wood, if there's a Season 3, we're really talking about focusing in on the guards more then." Piper and Larry breaking up?: "He loves Piper, but he doesn't really know where to go from there ... we're going to see or at least explore if the damage that was done is irreparable or if they can work through this."
