In the wake of Hurricane Maria’s devastation in Puerto Rico, just weeks after Hurricane Irma wreaked havoc on the island, major stars are helping by making their voices heard.

Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, and Alex Rodriguez are presenting One Voice: Somos Live! tonight, October 14, in support of disaster relief. The benefit concert is spearheaded by Somos Una Voz, Lopez and Anthony's disaster relief initiative.

The three-hour event will feature live performances from some of Latin music's biggest superstars, including Anthony, at a sold-out concert held at Miami’s Marlin Park stadium. Lopez and Rodriguez will also host an evening of performances from an NBC soundstage in Los Angeles.

MTV will livestream tonight's benefit in its entirety on Facebook, where fans can contribute to the cause using donate buttons in Facebook Live, and on YouTube.

Performers in Miami include Bad Bunny, Camila, Pedro Capo, Kany Garcia, Gente De Zona, Nicky Jam, DJ Khaled, Magic!, Prince Royce, Romeo Santos, Alejandro Sanz, and Daddy Yankee.

In addition to Lopez, L.A. performers include Demi Lovato, Maroon 5, Gwen Stefani, Stevie Wonder, Chris Martin, Mary J. Blige, Maxwell, and Andra Day. San Juan native Ricky Martin, who recently flew to Puerto Rico to deliver humanitarian aid, will also perform.

The event will feature additional appearances by celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, Jimmy Fallon, Leona Lewis, Justin Timberlake, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Leonardo DiCaprio, Fifth Harmony, Bethenny Frankel, Selena Gomez, Derek Hough, Kim Kardashian West, Heidi Klum, Debra Messing, Nicole Richie, Ruby Rose, Zoe Saldana, Ryan Seacrest, Jada Pinkett Smith, Sofia Vergara, and many more.

Funds raised from tonight's telethon will benefit Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands, Feeding America, Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity, Unidos for Puerto Rico, United Way, and UNICEF USA.

Beginning at 8pm ET/PT, One Voice: Somos Live! will air in Spanish simultaneously on Telemundo and Univision, as well as on America TV, Azteca America Network, Bloomberg Television, Canal 1, 940 WINZ, Centroamerica TV, Cine Latino, Hero Broadcasting, Mega TV, Meruelo Media, NBC Pasiones, Prime Time Partners, Television Dominicana, Univision Radio, MTV Latin America, VH1 Mexico, VH1 Argentina, and TR3S.

NBC along with Logo, MTV, MTV2, MTVU, MTV Classic, MTV Live, VH1, VH1 Caribbean, BET, BET Canada, BET Caribbean, and Nick at Nite will join in at 10pm to broadcast the third hour in English. UniMás will simulcast the 10pm hour with Spanish subtitles.

Meanwhile, RuPaul's Drag Race star Phi Phi O’Hara is organizing Queens United/Reinas Unidas, a November 6 benefit in Minneapolis featuring more than 20 Drag Race queens.
