Jennifer Lopez will receive the 2018 VMA Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year's Video Music Awards ceremony—the show's equivalent of a lifetime achievement.

Previous winners of the award include Madonna, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, and Pink.

Lopez is also set to perform at the show for the first time since 2001. On top of that, Jenny from the block is also nominated for Best Collaboration and Best Latin Video for her over-the-top "Dinero" clip with DJ Khaled and Cardi B.
