Jeremy Irons Is Kind Of A Homophobic Creep: WATCH

[caption id="attachment_95613" align="aligncenter" width="607"]Really Jeremy? Really Jeremy?[/caption]

Well this is an odd, odd story.

When it comes to actors who support us gays, we all know Jeremy Irons is on our side, right? The man who played Charles Ryder in Brideshead Revisited has to be all about gay rights, yes?

Turns out no.

In a bizarre, bizarre interview with Huffington Post, Irons said of gay marriage; "Could a father not marry his son?"

Huh?

He then added, "It seems to me that now they're fighting for the name. I worry that it means somehow we debase, or we change, what marriage is. I just worry about that."

Then things got much, much worse when Irons finished by saying, "Living with another animal, whether it be a husband or a dog, is great. It's lovely to have someone to love. I don't think sex matters at all. What it's called doesn't matter at all."

So now we all know, Jeremy Irons is a huge creep -- just like Scar.
