Have you noticed a recent lack of films featuring fortysomething men popping pills, snorting cocaine and possibly killing people while on an annual retreat? Well today is your lucky day as the trailer for I Melt With You has hit the web.
The film was met with mostly negative reviews at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, but the chance to see Thomas Jane, Rob Lowe, Christian McKay and Jeremy Piven scream at one another while in the throes of one helluva bender may be worth the ticket price regardless. I mean, was anyone expecting a critical masterpiece here?
At the very least, it is about time a film finally dealt with the pressure men feel in this society and their need to escape.
