It can be hard to differentiate yourself from the pack at New York Fashion Week, but designer Jeremy Scott can always be counted on for a shock of Day-Glo color in the dreary days of February.
Yesterday, Scott reveals his Fall/Winter 2016 collection and the look was classic Americana on acid—guitars, cowboys, outer space and cartoon characters like Ren & Stimpy.
Supermodel Karlie Kloss opened and closed the show, which Scott dubbed “Cowboys and Poodles.”
The designer tweaked Western staples—shirts, jean jackets and animal prints—with unusual fabrics like metal, plastic and satin.

Is this what we’ll be wearing in September? Probably not—but we’d love to visit the planet where they will.
