The Roundabout Theater Company production will co-star Gabriel Byrne and Tony-winner John Gallagher Jr. in the Jonathan Kent-directed engagement which is set to begin previews in March, 2016 at the American Airlines Theater.

Lange last played the role of Mary Tyrone in Long Day's in a 2000 West End Production which earned her an Olivier nomination for her performance.

The brand new production is being produced as part of Roundabout Theatre Company's 50th anniversary season (which includes Keira Knightley, Clive Owen and Andrea Martin amongst its roster of stars).

Lange last appeared on Broadway a decade ago in The Glass Menagerie alongside fellow AHS star Sarah Paulson.

Long Day’s Journey Into Night will begin preview performances March 31, 2016 with an April 19 opening night at the American Airlines Theatre.
