You Will Soon Be Able to Airbnb Jinkx Monsoon’s Portland House

Welcome to Monsoon Manor!

The ginger snapped and bought a house!

In a new interview with The Stranger, RuPaul's Drag Race Season 5 winner, Jinkx Monsoon, talks about everything from her new album, comparing herself to Bianca Del Rio, and making the move from Seattle to San Francisco.

Jinkx also drops some news that she bought a house in Portland, Ore., where her family still lives, and she will be renting out the house—called Monsoon Manor!—through Airbnb when she is not in town.

"If you want to stay in a house in Portland that is completely curated by Jinkx Monsoon and is like a drag-fabulous house—and it’s also 420 friendly and family friendly, and extremely queer-friendly, because it’s been queer-owned for the last like 60 years—you can," Jinkx reveals.

Our favorite Jewish, narcoleptic, drag queen goes onto explain how the house should be available to rent by the end of this month, and promises it will be "every bit as fabulous as it looks."

A drag museum curated by Jinkx Monsoon? Our bags are already packed. When can we move in?

We know Jinkx loves Little Edie and the women from Grey Gardens, but hopefully she doesn't take after Edie's housekeeping habits, and keeps Monsoon Manor in better condition than the Beales' famed Long Island home.
