Say Farewell To “Fashion Police” With Some Of Joan Rivers’ Best Zingers

"It looked like 22 gay Robin Hoods took a shot at her."

It’s been three years since the world lost the trailblazing comedian, Joan Rivers. In addition to being a stand-up comic, she was also a talk show host, author and QVC-lebrity. If you watched any awards shows in the ’90s or 2000s you probably know her best from hosting red carpets and E!’s comedic bitchfest, Fashion Police.

The series tried to carry on after her death, but without Rivers at the helm, the show was canceled last month after 22 years on the air.

Joan Rivers launched E!’s red-carpet coverage in 1995, injecting awards shows with her unique brand of snark and humor. Rivers left E! for the TV Guide Channel, but returned in 2010 to formally launch Fashion Police in its current form.

“Thank you to E! for having the vision to see the potential of Fashion Police, which changed both the entertainment and fashion industries,” co-host Melissa Rivers said in a statement. “I am truly proud to be part of this legacy.”

Rivers hosted the red carpet for Hollywood’s biggest nights for decades. See videos below showcasing just some of her best digs covering the worst celebrity fashion.
