Judge John Gerrard dismissed Sylvia Driskell's suit, saying she didn't have legal jurisdiction to speak as an "ambassador" for God and his son, Jesus Christ.

Judge Gerrard politely explained to Driskell that it's not up to the courts to determine if  homosexuality is sinful.
