Judi Dench and Steve Coogan star in this clip for the upcoming Stephen Frears comedy Philomena, which focuses on the real-life efforts of Philomena Lee (Dench) to track down the long-lost son she conceived out of wedlock and gave up for adoption, with the help of BBC reporter Martin Sixsmith (Coogan).

In this bittersweet but humorous scene, Philomena learns her son was gay, but still questions if he might have been "bi-curious."

Philomena opens in select theaters November 22.
