Justice Scalia: Gay Sex Is Clearly Unconstitutional

Thomas Jefferson hates gay sex.

What? You didn’t know that? Duh.

Justice Antonin Scalia, Constitution expert extraordinaire, recently talked about how he thinks the Constitution should be interpreted in the same way it was originally written. As in, we should all follow what people in 1776 wrote for the US. Slavery — snap, snap! Come back!

Justice Scalia thinks things like the death penalty, abortion, and gay sex, are all completely, obviously unconstitutional. “The death penalty? Give me a break. It’s easy. Abortion? Absolutely easy. Nobody ever thought the Constitution prevented restrictions on abortion. Homosexual sodomy? Come on. For 200 years, it was criminal in every state,” he said at the American Enterprise Institute.

Repressing people? Easy! We’ve done it for so many years, why stop now?
