Justin Timberlake got back in the music game with The 20/20 Experience, and now he's ready to return to moviedom with the Coen brother's new folk-music flick, Inside Llewyn Davis, hitting theaters nationwide December 20. (Check out the new trailer for the film above.) Set in early-1960s Greenwich Village, the historical-ish drama sees Timberlake and Carey Mulligan in a Peter, Paul and Mary-like folkies alongside Guatemalan newcomer Oscar Issac. (J.T. also reportedly has a duet with Girls' Adam Driver—though not the kind of duet we'd really like to see.)

Honestly, with Timberlake's squaresville wardrobe and Mulligan's frumpy brunette hair, and John Goodman's what-the-what haircut (below) we almost though it was a sequel to A Mighty Wind.
