This Justin Timberlake acting thing just got really real guys. Not that it wasn’t real before with roles in films like Alpha Dog, Black Snake Moan and, of course, The Social Network, but it seems like even his disappointing turn at the box office this weekend with In Time can’t hold down the young ingenue as he has booked his biggest role to date — working with the Coen brothers.
That’s right, the boys of Miller’s Crossing and Blood Simple have cast Timberlake in their upcoming flick Inside Lewyn Davis. What’s more, Timberlake will be starring opposite Carey Mulligan and Oscar Isaac, who both wowed critics earlier this year with their performances in Drive.
From boy bander to co-starring alongside the best in the business. Who would have ever thought an asterisk-aficionado would come this far?
