Watch: Kathy Griffin Shares Her World Tour’s Opening Video Reel

Even though the controversial comedian needs no introduction.

If you can’t make Kathy Griffin’s current Laugh Your Head Off world tour, which has remaining U.S. dates through the fall, at least you can see how it kicks off.

“This is the opening video reel that plays before I go on stage at all of my shows!” she captions the new YouTube clip, which features a sassy Taylor Swift parody. “Some great memories!”

Her last year, of course, would be pretty hard to forget. The Emmy-winning comedian is in full comeback mode after posing for a photo last spring with a fake decapitated head of Donald Trump. Following severe backlash, Griffin made a public apology but still lost gigs and received death threats.

The former My Life on the D-List star has since retracted her apology and gone on the offensive, spilling hot tea while selling out venues all over the world.

“I’m not laying down for this guy,” Griffin promised fans last summer. “The president of all people is going to come after me? He picked the wrong redhead.”

Griffin was honored last month by West Hollywood leaders for her tireless LGBTQ activism and for raising more than $5 million for HIV/AIDS services.

Let’s give Griffin a warm hand on her opening below.
