Kelly Clarkson Just Dropped Two New Singles And Everything’s Going To Be Okay

Take a listen to "Love So Soft" and "Move You."

We’re being assaulted by natural disasters, the threat of nuclear war and insanity in the White House: It’s understandable to feel unsteady these days.

Thankfully our spirit animal, Kelly Clarkson, is here to keep us grounded with not one, but two new song.

Overnight, Clarkson sneak-released the new music video for “Love So Soft,” off her upcoming album,Meaning of Life. It’s a upbeat love song, rather than the you-done-me-wrong anthems she’s so identified with.

She also released the audio for another single, “Move You,” a love ballad with gospel nuances.

Meaning of Life marks Clarkson’s first album since signing with Atlantic Records last year, and she says its soulful vibe is something she could only conjure now, at 35.

“This is a grown-ass woman’s record,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “This isn’t a record I could have made at the age of 20. This is a record you make when you’ve lived.”

Meaning of Life is out on October 27.
