Kenzo Channels Salvador Dali For New Italian Print Campaign. Bene!

Japanese label Kenzo released a surrealistic photo campaign for its fall new line: Working with Italian magazine Toilet Paper (have to love that name) designer Kenzo Takada serves us a Dali-esque vibe.

The Liliputian images remind us of 14-year-old art-world sensation Fiddle Oak, a.k.a.  Zev, a budding artiste from Natick, Massachusetts. Fiddle Oak blew up this spring when his surreal miniature self- portraits (no, not selfies) went viral. This teen genius goes by the handle Fiddle Oak, and his work projects him (and his sister, at times) in Alice in Wonderland, Thumbelina and other classic fairy tales classics.  A film production company has approached Zev, as has a book publisher.

Check out Fiddle Oak's work below and decide whether Kenzo's campaign was influenced by his owrk.
