Kesha Announces First Performance Since Court Battle With Dr. Luke

The "Tik Tok" singer is also hard at work on new music.

Kesha has scheduled what will be her first public performance following her court battles with producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald.

The singer/songwriter will join Kacey Musgraves, Emmylou Harris and Dhani Harrison in celebrating Bob Dylan's 75th birthday, May 23 and 24 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

The event also commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dylan's legendary album Nashville Skyline.

It was just a few days ago that New York Supreme Court judge Shirley Kornreich dismissed Kesha's request to have her contract with Gottwald terminated on the grounds that he sexually assaulted her.

Earlier Kornreich denied the "Tik Tok" singer's request to be released from Dr. Luke' imprint under Sony, Kemosabe Records.

Kesha has not released an album since 2012's Warrior—her most recent credit was on Pitbull's hit "Timber," which she co-wrote and contributed vocals to.

Her mother, songwriter Pebe Sebert, told Billboard that Kesha is "at peace" and working on new music, having already written 30 songs.

Here's Kesha at the 2013 NewNowNext Awards, where her song "C'Mon" won the That's My Jam award.
