"Kids React To Gay Marriage" Will Make You Smile, Cry: WATCH

The Fine Brothers have brought a new dimension to the marriage-equality debate with "Kids React to Gay Marriage," a video featuring various teens, tweens and tots voicing opinions on the issue.

The children, who range in age from 5 to 13 and all hail from California, were shown two viral marriage-proposal videos from two the fine brothers kids react to gay marriagesame-sex couples—including September's clip of a man organizing a flashmob in Home Depot. The brothers then ask the youngsters about homosexuality and society's feelings about it.

While some of the kids appear a little confused or embarrassed by what they see—and one 5-year-old tyke gives a half-hearted "gay is bad!"—overall the responses are positive.  "If somebody proposes to me, that's what I want to happen!" says one young participant.

Sheesh, setting the bar kind of high, aren't we?

In a preamble to the segment, the Fines assert that "the opinions of children about these issues can give incredibly valuable insight into where our society currently stands and where we are headed as people. It's important to discuss these topics openly in hopes of a better tomorrow through dialogue and conversation."
