King Princess Just Dropped a “Big Little Lies”-Inspired Techno Bop

It's Meryl Streep's iconic scream like you've never heard it before.

Vulture may have been onto something when the site declared Meryl Streep’s iconic scream as Mary Louise Wright on HBO’s Big Little Lies the song of summer 2019.

As NME reports, out singer-songwriter King Princess, who’s apparently a Big Little Lies superfan, dropped a new techno track remixing the aforementioned scream called “Mary-Luiz (Plz Plz).” And, surprise surprise, it’s a total freaking banger.

On Twitter, King Princess unveiled the new song and thanked her production team for making it shine.

“This is a track very close to my heart and puss,” the “Pussy Is God” singer tweeted. “Thank you to Skylar and Logan for additional [production] and good vibes in the studio all around. Special thanks to Henry for the gik and the gak.”

Naturally, she also thanked “the real Meryl Streep” for the A+ inspiration—and claimed the Hollywood legend would be “coming out” at her Lollapalooza set this weekend. A girl can dream, y’all.
