King Princess Covers a Fiona Apple Classic—With Fiona Apple

Say hello to the new "I Know."

Young legend King Princess is at it again: This time, she's teamed up with music industry veteran Fiona Apple to put a new spin on one of Apple's beloved songs.

The "1950" singer dropped her and Apple's take on "I Know," which first appeared on Apple's 1999 album When the Pawn..., this Friday, January 25. So, no, it's not quite a new track, though it is the first collaborative effort between King Princess and Apple. It's nice to see a new release from Apple, too, since her most recent album, The Idler Wheel..., dropped way back in 2012.

The new version of "I Know" is the latest in a string of releases from King Princess: Her debut single, "1950," put the 20-year-old out artist and native New Yorker on the map last February.

Follow-up releases like 2018's Make My Bed EP and the iconic "Pussy Is God" have skyrocketed her to Hayley Kiyoko-level popularity among queer women.

She's currently performing on a sold-out tour and even slated to perform at Coachella this spring.

Heed KP's advice and go stream "I Know" on Spotify.
