As if Kristen Bell needed to give us another reason to adore her. The actress and her longtime fiance Dax Shepard have promised not to get married until same-sex marriage is legal in California.
Kristen recently said, “It’s up to California” when asked about a wedding date for her and Hit and Run costar Dax. “We’ve been very vocal about not wanting to be married in a state that doesn’t allow that right to all of its citizens. We’ll wait until California gets on the right side of history.”
Hmm, where have we heard that one before? Here’s hoping Kristen and Dax don’t pull a Brad and Angelina and get sick of waiting.
But to be honest, we doubt Kristen would go back on her word. The girl cries over sloths. The entire state of California should be forced to watch her video (re-posted below) and drop everything to give this girl what she wants.
