Lace up your roller skates because Kylie Minogue is taking us to an interstellar disco roller rink.
The Australian pop princess has debuted the shimmery new music video for “Say Something,” the first single from her upcoming 15th studio album, DISCO, set to be released on November 6. In the video, Minogue serves intergalactic Xanadu sparkle realness as she rides a giant golden horse through space with shirtless men spinning around her. We wouldn’t expect anything less from Ms. Minogue.
Director: would you like gliter ? sparkles ? a horse ? dancers ? costume changes ? you as an alien queen somewhere in the universe ? Abba tribute ? Studio 54 reference ? a sparkly blanket ?@kylieminogue: Yes.#kylie #kylieminogue #saysomething #disco pic.twitter.com/xIZSz6Rawn

“Say Something” is directed by Sophie Muller who worked with Minogue on videos for her previous singles, “Dancing,” “Stop Me From Falling,” and “Golden.”
DISCO, is Minogue’s follow-up to Golden, her critically acclaimed 14th studio album from 2018. As NewNowNext previously reported, Minogue teased the new tunes back in December, telling Alan Carr in an interview for The Guardian that she was “really jazzed about [the music] to come.”
“I think it’s going to be getting back on the dance floor, like grown-up disco,” she added. “That’s where I want it to be. Shimmery.”
That’s where we want to be too!
DISCO drops November 6. Until then, groove to the “Say Something” music video below.
