"I Can't Give You Anything but Love" is the latest single and video from Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett's upcoming Album of the Year contender, Cheek to Cheek.

Bennett crooned Gaga's praises in a recent interview with Rolling Stone, hinting that the Lady might take casual listeners off guard: "She phrases like I phrase. She's a wonderful singer. Everybody knows and loves her very much. I think when they hear this album that we're doing, they're going to say, 'We had no idea that she sings that well.'"

The 88-year-old legend was initially impressed by Gaga's live take on Nat King Cole's "Orange Colored Sky" during a 2011 concert in New York, which led to them dancing and singing cheek to cheek.

"He heard me sing that song, and he asked to meet me," Gags told RS. "I said, 'Oh, my gosh, Tony Bennett's here.' And I was so nervous. I fixed my hair, and my mom was fixing her makeup. We went back to meet him, and he said, 'Do you want to do a jazz album together?' I said, 'Yes, of course I do.' And we were fast friends and friends ever since." 

Cheek to Cheek swings its way into stores on September 23 and will be promoted with two television specials, including a concert airing on PBS October 14 at 9pm. See a preview of what to expect in the video for "I Can't Give You Anything but Love" below:
