It looks like more than Bradley Cooper believes in Lady Gaga's talent. Mother Monster has been officially shortlisted for an Academy Award nomination.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has revealed the shortlists of several categories ahead of the 2019 Oscars nominees announcement on January 22.

The Academy revealed the shortlists for documentary feature, documentary short subject, foreign language film, makeup and hairstyling, music (original score), music (original song), animated short film, live action short film, and visual effects.

"Shallow" from A Star Is Born is on the original song shortlist. While "Shallow" is a duet between Gaga and co-star and director Bradley Cooper, if the song does win, Gaga will share the honor with co-songwriters Mark Ronson, Anthony Ross, and Andrew Wyatt.

Troye Sivan is also a step closer to earning a nod for his tender ballad for Boy Erased, "Revelation." Boy Erased follows the story of Jared (Lucas Hedges), whose pastor father (Russell Crowe) sends him to conversion therapy after Jared is outed to his parents. Sivan also stars in the film as Gary, another teen sent to be “cured” of his homosexuality.
