Lady Gaga will take a beat from filming American Horror Story: Coven and recording her fifth studio album to receive Billboard's coveted 2015 Women of the Year award.

She'll succeed last year's recipient, Taylor Swift, who was joined by Beyonce, Aretha Franklin and Ariana Grande during last year's luncheon.

"Billboard's Woman of the Year has always represented the finest in music, and the anointing of a key influential figure who drove the conversation for that year. One-upping last year's ceremony: Lifetime has partnered with Billboard to televise it all.
