LGBT literary organization Lambda Literary announced the winners of its 29th annual Lambda Literary Awards last night in a ceremony in New York hosted by Justin Vivian Bond.
“Authors putting words in order artfully and with thought is a revolutionary thing in the climate we are living in,” said Bond, whose memoir Tango: My Childhood, Backwards and in High Heels, came out in 2011.
