No, you're crying!

In a new episode of Fearless, Ellen DeGeneres' EllenTube digital series, host Ashley Graham interviews Rickey, a 25-year-old transgender man from Missouri.

“Being transgender and living in Kansas City, it’s not easy because people don’t your story, so they judge,” Rickey says.

Graham then surprises her guest by introducing him to trailblazing trans actress and LGBTQ activist Laverne Cox, which crumples Rickey to the floor with raw emotion.

Rickey, who transitioned a little more than a year ago and is still building his self-confidence, later reveals that Cox is the first trans person he has ever met. Cox then reveals another big surprise.

"I'm crying right now trying to write this caption," Cox posted on Instagram. "Thank you Rickey for inspiring me and being a huge part of why I do what I do."

Cox, the first out trans actor to be Emmy-nominated, plays a trans inmate on Orange Is the New Black, which will end next year after seven seasons on Netflix. Her upcoming projects include Jordan Peele’s YouTube Red sci-fi series Weird City and Justin Simien's social horror film Bad Hair.
