Out comedian Lea DeLaria crashed a lesbian wedding in Australia, where the cast of Orange is the New Black traveled to celebrate Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras.
DeLaria, along with co-stars Danielle Brooks and Yael Stone, surprised OITNB superfans Tegan Hunter and Louise David at their ceremony.
“I sang for the brides and danced with everyone,” Big Boo wrote on Instagram. “Fucking living in Oz!”
“We heard some fans were getting married,” Stone said in a video Netflix posted on Facebook.
“And we ’bout to crash that mother,” added Brooks.
The ladies and co-star Samira Wiley also attended the Australian LGBTI Awards, accepting Best Film, TV, and Web Series award for OITNB. This weekend, they’ll celebrate Mardi Gras atop Netflix’s parade float. (Out actor Jonathan Groff of Netflix’s Mindhunter will join them.)
