In between getting into massive blowouts with his brother Noel and performing with his Oasis soundalike Beady Eye at the Olympics, Liam Gallagher — the drunker, rowdier Gallagher — started a clothing label. Called Pretty Green, the label isn’t designed by Gallagher, per se, but he does review every single piece in each collection and if it’s “not cool” it doesn’t go into production. How impacted by Gallagher’s decidedly mod aesthetic is the label? Well, last year Gallagher enlisted fellow modster Paul Weller to design a collection. So yes, it’s pretty mod.
