Lil' Kim attended WEtv’s Growing Up Hip Hop premiere last week, but it took us a second to realize it was her.

That's because the rapper's face looks quite a bit different.

Although there have been rumors of surgery for awhile, the Queen Bee has vehemently denied them in the past.

"Years and years they have been photoshopping pics of me and sabotaging my image," she angrily declared back in 2013.

"I'm not putting up with that shit no more. All they have been proving is I'm that bitch, with or without an album out, and they always want to attack and bring down the real ones."

Her answer was slightly tweaked when she was asked again earlier this year.

"No disrespect, no shade, but I’m not going to answer [that] question because I think that’s kinda corny," she said. "I don’t know how to answer that."

Based on the latest photos—like the one above, taken in Philly this weekend—she may not need to answer at all, as speculation is obviously at an all-time high.

There's certainly no shame in having a little work done. But if that's the case with Kim, we hope she stops before things get (even more) out of hand.

We'll have ample opportunity to find out, she plans to release her first album in 11 years in 2016.
