Listen To Goddess St. Vincent Cover Goddess Rihanna And SZA

The out singer-songwriter turns RiRi's “Consideration” into a dirty affair.

Prodigious talent Annie Clark, a.k.a. St. Vincent, has released a cover of SZA and Rihanna’s song “Consideration.” Recorded at the Spotify studio, where she also played a sparse, stripped-down version of her own “Los Ageless,” Clark’s version of the Anti opener is a pained, throbbing affair: “Let me cover your shit in glitter,” she almost snarls.

Clark is one of pop-culture’s great jill-of-all-trades, and she works at a Herculean pace: She’s currently continuing her “Fear the Future” tour, and is hard at work on an adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s The Portrait of Dorian Gray, in which the titular hedonist is portrayed by a woman.

If it’s anything like her music video for “New York,” expect it to be a vibrant endeavor.
