Little Boy Delivers Pitch-Perfect Performance As Winifred From “Hocus Pocus”

"You know, I've always wanted a child."

Halloween may be long over, but a performance this good deserves to be celebrated: A British boy named Alfie delivered an amazing performance as Winifred Sanderson from Hocus Pocus.

Dressed as Bette Midler’s iconic witch—complete with a red wig and costume reveal—Alfie belted out “I Put A Spell On You” from the film’s Halloween party scene.

And he didn’t miss a beat.

“I’m a big football fan,” Alfie’s father, Steven, said in a Facebook post, “And we both have banter and wind each other up about him not liking football and me not liking his… more ’extravagant’ performances.”

“There is one thing me and my wife would never do,” he counters, “and that is try and change who he is.”

Alfie asked his supportive pop to post the video online and now “all he keeps asking is if Bette has seen it yet.”

The Divine Miss M did finally see Alfie’s performance and gave him high praise.
