M. Night Shyamalan Ghostwrote “She’s All That”

That girl on the right knew the whole time.

M. Night Shyamalan, the screenwriter who wrote critically acclaimed The Sixth Sense and several totally awesome not awful films since, revealed in a recent interview that he also “ghostwrote” the 1998 teen romantic comedy She’s All That. Yes, the man who brought you “I see dead people” also brought you “Am I a bet? Am I a FUCKING BET?”

Starring Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook as the high school jock and nerd-turned-hottie respectively, She’s All That offered up a twist of its own when (spoiler!) the mismatched pair fall in love right at the very end of the movie.
