Proposing to your significant other can be an anxiety-ridden experience, but getting the help of a pop star probably helps.

That was the case for one lucky couple attending Ellie Goulding's Delirium World Tour during her stop in San Jose, California.

One of her fans tried to get the singer's attention during the show by hinting that he wanted to propose to his boyfriend, and somehow, it worked!

"While I was singing that song, a gentleman was trying to tell me something," Goulding said after inviting the boys to make their way to the stage. "And I think I got it right. The stage is yours!"

She did get it right, and the lucky guy was able to get down on one knee in front of the entire cheering auditorium.

The proposal was projected onto giant screens on the stage, and of course, the entire moment was captured by everyone's phones as well.
