Margaret Cho Blasts Miley Cyrus’ Dreads: "It Looks Like She Got In A Fight With Duct Tape And A Chandelier"

And that wasn't all she had to say!

Last night, a revamped Fashion Police premiered with new moderator Melissa Rivers joining returning panelists Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski. One noticable change in format is the addition of celebrity guest panelists, which last night included Margaret Cho and NeNe Leakes.

The panel chose to focus the evening on the VMAs, zeroing in on Miley Cyrus' cavalcade of costume changes, and in particular, her hair.

“It looks like she got in a fight with duct tape and a chandelier. And the bitch won,” Cho said when describing Cyrus' mid-show dreadlocks. Then, proving she's not afraid to go there, she continued, “That hair looks like it smells like weed and patchouli oil."

This, of course, in reference to Rancic's infamous comments regarding singer Zendaya's hair during the Oscars (the affect of which saw the departure of then-panelists Kathy Griffin and Kelly Osbourne).

Rancic responded by hiding her face behind a throw pillows while Rivers continued on.

Osbourne, who we reported last week was beefing with Rancic, apparently has no bad blood when it comes to her decision to leave the show.

While we can get behind the panel's decision to crown Miley best dressed, what on earth were they thinking crowning Britney the worst?!

Of particular note during the show was a new segment entitled "Housewife or Drag Queen," which gave a shout-out to our girls Pearl, Alyssa Edwards and Jujubee.
