Rumors are swirling that Donald Trump could be in more hot water if uncensored footage from The Apprentice surfaces. But two former cast members dished on the Dorito Dictator nearly a decade before he became the GOP presidential candidate.

In a 2007 episode of her syndicated morning show, Stewart made fried calamari with legendary comic Joan Rivers. At one point, Joan revealed she got a very strange gift.

Joan: Somebody sent me, and I got very upset last night, Donald Trump steaks.

Martha: Oh, yeah, he has steaks.

Joan: I thought, “I can’t eat Donald Trump.” And then they said, “No.” They said "He owns the company, they didn’t slaughter him."

Martha: Too bad!

Stewart hosted a version of The Apprentice in 2005 and Rivers went on to win Celebrity Apprentice in 2009.

Martha will be whipping up more treats—and maybe dishing on Donald?—in her new VH1 series with Snoop Dog, Martha and Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party, premiering in early November.
