Police are investigating a recent attack on a Washington, D.C. LGBT community center, WJLA reports.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, a masked man entered the Casa Ruby LGBT Community Center and pepper-sprayed a staff member before running back out. A surveillance camera filmed the incident.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police are treating the attack as a burglary and a hate crime.
