Mayor Of Baltimore: "I Get My Makeup Tips From RuPaul"

As Baltimore's first female mayor, Stephanie Rawlings Blake is already pretty darn fierce. But she upped the ante when she revealed how she keeps her look tight: "I get my makeup tips from RuPaul. I watch his Drag Race show in freeze frame so I can get good tips."
