Season 3 of Orange Is The New Black is easily the wackiest season yet (I mean… Crazy Eye’s Time Hump Chronicles alone!), and with all the kooky came a slew of new newbies.
While everyone might be focusing–and deservingly so–on Ruby Rose, another fresh face around Litchfield caught our attention, new Corrections Officer Baxter ’Gerber’ Bayley, played by Alan Aisenberg.
The 22-year-old actor made his on-camera debut in the 2007 film, Unholy, opposite Adrienne Barbeau and Nicholas Brendon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
Here he is 2008, serving curls at the premiere of The Longshots.
He landed bit parts in a number of films throughout the early 2010s before landing his “big break” on Orange.
Most notably, like castmate James McMenamin, he appeared on an episode Inside Amy Schumer.
According to IMDB, Aisenberg served as a Producer of the 2014 and 2015 “No Pants Subway Ride.”
According to his seriously on point Twitter, he’s also an “Olympic winning gymnast (once, by accident).”

And don’t think we didn’t stalk his Instagram!
I can’t believe I met THE Jersey Dave while I was wearing a shirt with his face on it. What a coincidence! #jerseydave #thechrisgethardshow #weworktogether A photo posted by Alan Aisenberg (@alanaisenberg) on

Seeing as pretty much all of Litchfield’s CO’s mic drop’d their way out of their jobs during the finale, Bayley will likely play a central role during Season 4.
Otherwise, who’s going to stop those ladies (spoiler alert) from escaping again!
