Michelle Obama Celebrated Beyoncé's B'Day By Recreating Her "Formation" Look

Perfection.

Today schools and businesses are closed to celebrate Labor Day, but this year it also falls on another national holiday: Beyoncé's birthday.

The Lemonade pop star celebrates her 36th birthday today, September 4, and her famous friends and family have paid tribute to the Grammy-winning goddess by recreating one of her iconic looks from her "Formation" music video.

One of those famous friends paying homage is former First Lady, Michelle Obama.

Obama and Beyoncé have been friends for years, with Beyoncé singing at Barack Obama's 2008 inauguration, and the two women even hanging out for epic girls night out.

Joining the former first lady in recreating the "Formation" outfit are Knowles family members like Beyoncé's mother, Tina, her daughter, Blue Ivy, and her former Destiny's Child sisters Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. Tennis champ Serena Williams also donned the famous black hat for the photoshoot.

It's no secret that Obama—like all of us—is part of the Beyhivé. She even sang and danced along to "Single Ladies" on national television in an installment of "Carpool Karaoke" last year.

We can't think of a better present than a former First Lady recreating one of Beyoncé's most epic looks. Maybe since Obama has some more free time since leaving the White House she can cameo in one of Beyoncé's next videos?

We can always dream.

Happy Birthday Beyoncé!
