"Michelle Visage: Get Off Your Ass" Series Headed to BBC

Your favorite squirrel friend's chatfest has received an eight-episode order.

Look out, Lorraine Kelly, because Michelle Visage is comin’ for your wig gig!

NewNowNext reported earlier this month that World of Wonder had produced a pilot for a new talk show hosted by Visage for BBC Three, Michelle Visage: Get Off Your Ass.

Now BBC Three has given a full eight-episode series order to the chatfest.

Ru's bestie will use her "New Jersey sass and wisdom to provide life guidance to her audience from her self-styled Club Visage. She will also be joined by a celebrity guest each episode for a conversation about their own life experiences," Deadline reports. Casting is currently underway.

“We’ve worked with Michelle for many years and she is the living breathing embodiment of getting off your ass. We are so thrilled to work with her on her own talk show, showcasing her unique ability to relate to young people and helping them with issues they face in today’s world,” said World of Wonder co-founder Fenton Bailey in a statement.

The Drag Race judge won't be the only queen telling guests to "get off their ass." RuPaul's Drag Race U.K. winner The Vivienne will also be featured on the show, "providing an immersive challenge for one of Visage’s subjects."

BBC Three controller Fiona Campbell added that Visage is "a huge talent, loved by the BBC Three audience, and this series will bring a brand new flavor to the existing mix of programs available on iPlayer."

Everyone’s favorite squirrel friend has become a staple on U.K. television screens in recent years. In addition to judging on RuPaul’s Drag Race U.K., Visage competed on Celebrity Big Brother and Strictly Come Dancing. She made her West End debut in the musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.

Visage will also be busy filming the second season of Drag Race U.K., which is slated to premiere later this year, as well as her usual gig as a judge on Drag Race Season 12.

No complaints here: As far as we're concerned, more Michelle Visage is always a good thing!
