Michelle Visage Just Became A Judge On Another Reality Competition Series

RuPaul’s best squirrel friend just got another gig—and we couldn’t be happier for her.

RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Michelle Visage has been announced as one of the judges for the new series, Ireland’s Got Talent, the latest incarnation of the popular worldwide competition series.

Visage joins Denise Van Outen, Louis Walsh and Jason Byrne behind the judges table as they discover and critique Ireland’s most talented performers and singers.

“My favourite thing in the world are camp acts; the weirder they are, the better for me,” Visage said at TV3’s new season launch.

“Of course I love the kids, of course I love the animals – but I like when people think outside the box and just go for it, go crazy. That’s the stuff I love to see.”

The winner of Ireland’s Got Talent will receive €50,000 and star in their own Christmas TV special.

“In every other talent show you see everywhere, Ireland’s that place that makes you go: ’Oh my god, this is going to be it,'” Visage added.

“So I know we’re going to find some great singing talent in Ireland.”

This isn’t the first time that Visage has been featured on a reality series across the pond. She was a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother in 2015, leaving the house in fifth place.

Auditions for Ireland’s Got Talent are scheduled to begin in November with the show set to debut in January 2018.

Don’t worry, children, this does not mean that Mother Michelle is leaving Drag Race anytime soon.

“Kids, I’ll NEVER leave RuPaul’s Drag Race this is just another gig for your mama,” she tweeted after the news broke.

What would Drag Race be without Ru’s best squirrel friend?

Condragulations, Michelle!
