Where to Watch Coverage of the 2018 Midterm Elections Without a Subscription
Don't have a cable subscription? Fear not. There will be many free ways to watch the 2018 midterm elections coverage on November 6. But before you get comfy on your couch, get out and vote—then stream.
CNN - The network will offer streaming coverage on its website, in addition to its app, CNN GO.
ABC News - Head to ABC News' YouTube channel for the night's results.
NBC - Same with NBC. Have it open alongside the above networks for rounded midterm coverage. (Fox News isn't offering free streaming, but who's complaining?)
PBS - Check out PBS' NewsHour special, which will be available on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube throughout the night.
Univision Now - The Spanish network's app will be unlocked for free election coverage.
Open a trial subscription - Hulu and YouTube are among the more popular live TV streaming options. Though they charge a subscription fee, you can opt for a free trial and cancel before you start paying. We often recommend this for Oscar/Golden Globe viewing, but the future of our country is at stake, so—priorities.
